Yes, two ways: dated photos of the specific unit — floor, roof, gaskets, corner castings — before it ships, and a physical walkaround at the truck before it's unloaded. If it doesn't match the grade on your quote, it goes back at our expense.
Cargo-worthy is the metro's value benchmark — certified structure at a used price. WWT saves a few hundred more if the box lives out of sight. Pay the one-trip premium when appearance, resale, or a build-out is in the plan.
The container and trucking price themselves don't — but Kansas adds state sales tax at delivery while Missouri currently doesn't. Tax-exempt Kansas buyers can file an exemption certificate; we process those routinely.
Delivery day compresses everything this page promises into thirty minutes. The driver arrives inside a called-ahead window, walks your approach against the photos on file, and positions for the drop. Before the box slides, you walk it — the same four points our depot check covered: roof plane, floor, gaskets, castings. Match the grade on your paperwork? It comes down, doors facing where you asked, and payment happens then: card, Zelle, or cash in this market. Mismatch or damage? It rides back at our expense and the replacement gets scheduled before the truck leaves your street. That sequence — inspect, then pay, with the exit ramp built in — is the entire reason buying steel sight-unseen is safe here when it isn't safe everywhere.
The relationship doesn't end at the tilt-off. Warranty claims (holes, frame issues) route through one email with your order number. Relocations — the box follows you to a new property, or repositions on this one — price at a fraction of first delivery. And when the need ends, ask about buyback before you list it anywhere; clean units in our grades come home regularly, which is one more way the steel holds its value in this market.
