Most people picture containers coming off ships, but the middle of America gets its boxes by rail — and no American city handles more rail freight than this one. BNSF's Logistics Park Kansas City south of Gardner is among the largest inland intermodal ports on the continent; the Argentine Yard in KCK sorts freight around the clock; and every one of those trains is full of steel boxes that will eventually age out of ocean-and-rail duty. When they do, they enter the local resale market. Our job is picking the sound ones out of that stream, grading them honestly, and trucking them the short distance to your property.
The grade appears on your quote in writing, defined the same way our grades guide defines it publicly. If a box doesn't meet its stated grade when it arrives, you reject it at the truck and the replacement is on us.
Container retail has earned its trust problem, so we don't ask for trust — we ask you to hold paper: a lifetime wind-and-watertight warranty and a 10-year frame warranty on every unit, a 60-day return policy, payment on delivery (including cash in the KC market), and inspection rights before the box ever leaves the trailer. No other seller in this metro puts all five in writing. If one does, buy from whoever's cheaper — that's how confident we are in the delivered math.
